Where are you located?

We are located on Eleanor Street, Chaguanas, directly behind the market inside of Sean's Digital Playground - we are a partnership!. You can find us by clicking here. We also offer nationwide deliveries! 


How long would my order take to be delivered to me? 

Orders are usually delivered to you within 1-3 days of placing it. We do NOT do same day delivery unless the item is purchased before 12:00pm the same day. 

What are your delivery rates?

Locally in Trinidad and Tobago it is $35 for South and Central regions and $45 to North and East regions. Tobago is currently at $100. 

Can I come in and pick up my product? 

Of course you can! That's why we have a physical location. 

 

What are your delivery days? 

We deliver from Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We do NOT do same day delivery...for emphasis! 


What are your delivery locations?

We deliver nationwide! No need to worry if we can't reach you we got you covered (even in Tobago!) 

 

Can you do deliveries to the workplace? 

Absolutely! Please be sure to include in your order instructions the days and times you would be available to collect your package


Are there any meet-up points to receive orders without delivery fees? 

We do not offer this service.You are free to arrange to collect your package at a specified public area with our couriers but delivery fees still apply. 

Do you all accept Cash on Delivery? 

No! As of 1st January, 2025, we have completely stopped all cash on delivery in order to safeguard ourselves and your products. We only accept cash payments at our physical store in Chaguanas.

Here is a list of payment options we accept: 

  • Cash - in store only
  •  Debit or Credit card on delivery
  • Local Bank Transfers either online or in branch
  • International Bank Transfers to our USD account 
  • Website payment portals

 

Do you do custom orders? 

At the moment we do not currently accept custom orders unless the item is valued at $500USD and upwards. Send us a message on WhatsApp at 1868-304-6461 with the link of the item and we will quote you a price to have it shipped to you.
